Baked Ham Recipe Ingredients

1 cooked, bone-in ham (approx 5 lbs or 2kgs)
20 whole cloves
1/2 cup apricot jam or preserve
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons dry mustard powder

Baked Ham Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (or approx 165 degrees Celsius).
Puncture the surface of the ham with a number of small cuts.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together apricot jam and mustard.
Spread thickly over the ham.
Sprinkle the brown sugar and cloves all over, and press down lightly so it sticks into the glaze.
Bake prepared ham for about 20 minutes per pound, or about an hour and a half for a 5-lbs ham.
The ham should be thoroughly heated through when finished.
