Baked Ham Recipe with Apricots

Ham and Cheese Recipe Ingredients

1 lb (or approx 400g) cooked ham, cubed
1 lb (or approx 400g) packet rotini or fusili pasta
1 x 26 oz (or approx 775ml) jar spaghetti sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Ham and Cheese Recipe Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (or approx 220 degrees Celsius).
In a mixing bowl, stir together all the ingredients except for the 2 cheeses.
Fill the empty spaghetti sauce jar with hot water and add that too.
Stir until well combined, then pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
Cover with lid or foil.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the cover, and add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the top.
Bake for another 5 minutes with the cover off, until the cheese is fully melted and starting to brown on top.
