Dijon Honey Baked Ham Recipe

Honey Baked Ham Ingredients

1 boneless ham (about 2 lbs or approx 1kg)
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon warm water

Honey Baked Ham Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (or approx 165 degrees Celsius).
Bake ham for 20 minutes per pound.
While the ham is baking, stir together the glaze ingredients until they are fully mixed and the sugar dissolved.
Once the ham is cooked, remove it from the oven.
Brush the glaze over the ham.
Return the ham to the oven for a further 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, and pour any drippings in the bottom of the pan into the remaining glaze and serve alongside the ham.
